A family-owned contractor in San Jose.

Dovesons Construction begins with Thuat Le, our founder, a Vietnamese American with over 30 years of experience in construction. Growing up as a devout Catholic in Vietnam instilled in him the principles of honesty, integrity, and caring for one another. He began his construction career there before immigrating to America, bringing his craft with him and continuing to master it through years of experience.

Thuat's Catholic faith continues to guide how he lives and runs the business. He believes in giving a fair estimate, keeping his word, and taking responsibility for his work. For him, treating people well is part of living his faith every day.

Family is central to Vietnamese culture, and Thuat's upbringing instilled in him a strong devotion to his own. He understands how much a home means to the families who live there, so he approaches every project with the care and attention he would give his own family's home.

Today, Thuat's hands no longer allow him to do all the building himself, but he has passed his knowledge and craftsmanship down to his sons, who carry on the same values and commitment to quality. He remains involved as an expert consultant, guiding their work so customers continue to benefit from his decades of experience.
