A San Jose family business
Dovesons Construction begins with Thuat Le, our founder, a Vietnamese American with over 30 years of experience in construction. His Catholic faith taught him honesty, integrity, and caring for one another, and he runs the business the same way: a fair estimate, his word kept, and responsibility for his work.
Today he has passed his craft down to his sons and stays involved as an expert consultant. Read Thuat's story.
How It Works
Blueprints, Permits, and Construction From One Contractor
Free On-Site Estimate
We come to your home, look at the project in person, and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
Blueprints Drawn for You
Need plans for the city? We work with a trusted local designer who draws your blueprints, so you don't have to find one yourself.
We Handle the Permits
We prepare the applications, submit them to the city, and schedule the inspections before and during construction.
We Build and Complete
Our crew handles every phase from framing to finish. You get one point of contact and regular updates until the final walkthrough.
Need blueprints? We have that covered.
We work with a designer who draws your plans, and we take them through the city permit process. One call gets you the drawings, the permits, and the build.
Our Work

Real photos from jobs we have already done, taken on our phones. No stock photos. The tags show when each picture was taken, either during the build or after the work was completed.
Kitchen and living area remodel
New cabinets, a waterfall quartz island, an island range hood, and vinyl plank flooring throughout.
Commercial quartz counters
Service counters and a bar top, cut and fit on site in a commercial kitchen and service area.
Foundation prep
Wood forms, string lines, and rebar staged before the pour.
